General Manager - Asset & Property Management, QLDThis is a key role to the ongoing growth of our progressive and successful multi-asset class, property management business.ResponsibilitiesThe General Manager of Asset & Property Management is responsible for leading and motivating the Handler Property Group (QLD) Property & Facilities Management team, to achieve business deliverables across a managed portfolio consisting of shopping centres and large format retail, industrial and office assets, childcare and medical facilities.

Striving for high client satisfaction, using strong team leadership and mentoring in the management of a high performing Property Management team.Qualifications and ExperienceThe role requires comprehensive property experience, to provide oversight of both in-house and client financial management and compliance systems, with an ongoing development of proprietary and industry best practice management systems.A degree in property economics, commerce / economics, engineering or other property related discipline.
