About the role

DBG Health is looking for a commercially minded and detail-driven Senior Finance Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support financial performance, business partnering, and strategic decision-making — providing insights that help shape key commercial outcomes and drive growth across the business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead core FP&A operations through hands‑on support and coordination of team activities, preparing analysis and reporting packs, driving forecasting / budgeting cycles, supporting Board and Performance reporting, and ensuring strong process governance and decision‑making discipline.
• Provide data‑driven business intelligence by leveraging systems and datasets to produce insightful analysis, commentary, and reporting that supports strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation, supporting DBG Health’s initiatives to enhance processes, implement new planning / reporting systems, streamline workflows, and deliver ad‑hoc projects that improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and influence stakeholders, building strong relationships across Group Functions, converting business needs into practical processes, and navigating varied personalities and behavioural styles to align expectations.
• Deliver essential administration, including timely email management, meeting coordination and agenda preparation, ensuring smooth communication and operational organisation.
