We’re seeking a driven, creative, and hands‑on Head Chef to lead our culinary operations across all Club events. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the leader of our kitchen team—overseeing menu execution, ensuring every dish meets exceptional quality standards, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
You will supervise and inspire a skilled team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen hands, ensuring smooth, efficient service while fostering a positive and high‑performing kitchen culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Culture - You will champion our Core Values, foster a collaborative and high‑performing kitchen environment, mentor team members, support succession planning, and ensure a safe and positive workplace.

• Culinary Excellence & Service Quality - You will uphold exceptional food standards, oversee preparation and presentation, design and refine menus, and ensure every dish delivered meets brand expectations for quality and consistency.
You will lead from the front in delivering extraordinary, consistent culinary standards. This includes overseeing preparation, presentation, and flavour execution, driving innovation in menu design, refining dishes based onperformance insights, andensuring every plate reflects the quality, creativity, and precision that defines our brand.
• Operations, Compliance & Safety - You will manage food storage, nutrition and sanitation compliance, WHS responsibilities, equipment and ingredient planning, and oversee all kitchen activities to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations.
You will command all aspects of kitchen operations maintaining strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, nutrition regulations, and WHS obligations. You will ensure seamless coordination of equipment, storage, prep cycles, and service execution while upholding the highest safety and operational discipline across every shift.
• Cost, Supplier & Resource Management - You will handle ordering, monitor supplier pricing to maintain cost of goods, manage labour‑aligned rostering, and ensure effective use of resources across the kitchen.
You will strategically manage ordering, supplier relationships, stock rotation, and pricing to protect and improve cost of goods. Through smart rostering aligned to demand, disciplined labour management, and efficient use of resources, you will balance quality with commercial responsibility and deliver strong financial outcomes.
• Customer Experience & Issue Resolution - You will oversee escalated customer queries and complaints, ensuring swift, professional resolutions that support exceptional guest experiences.
You will take ownership of escalated guest feedback and service concerns, resolving issues swiftly, professionally, and with a focus on protecting and elevating the guest experience. Your leadership will ensure our customers feel valued, heard, and consistently delighted by both our food and our service standards.
