About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders and enquiries from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide customised product and service support using industry knowledge and internal resources.
Accurately maintain customer records and interactions within business systems.
Share customer feedback and insights to assist in ongoing service and product improvements.
Ensure every customer interaction reflects a high standard of service.
Provide administrative support and contribute to broader team initiatives.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.

Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset.
