Key Responsibilities
- Review customer applications from a property perspective and assess property requirements.
- Build and nurture relationships with landlords, negotiate commercial terms and explore alternative solutions to secure tenancy.
- Determine consent requirements on incoming applications, review lease documentation and liaise with Property & Asset Management lawyers.
- Prepare consent correspondence, maintain databases and provide regular progress feedback to Sales and Co‑location teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve consent provisions or establish agreed protocols to reduce timeframes.
- Pro‑actively manage Sales and Co‑location representatives on expected timeframes required in delivery of the property consent and seek alternative solutions to expedite customer onboarding.
Additional Responsibilities
Secure long‑term tenure on site where possible in accordance with the PEP process.Investigate impact of surrounding DA applications and identify sites requiring action to protect the organisation’s investment.Negotiate access licences where required and resolve access issues that may delay customer site commencement.Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property or telecommunications industry.Extensive property management experience and strong commercial negotiation skills.Analytical thinking, results focus and excellent commercial negotiation skills.Confident, succinct communicator with ability to quickly identify key issues.Customer service and solutions oriented, ability to work autonomously and take initiative.Essential Qualifications
