THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team in working across theClyde region on a full-time, on-going basis.As aConstruction Supervisor,your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage. Reporting to the Regional Building Manager, some key accountabilities of this role include :

• Coordinateand managetrades, establish a reliable trade base
• Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
• Ensurecorrect building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines
• Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
• Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks
• Weekly KPI reporting
