They're now looking for a high-performance Account Manager to lead the charge across Victoria. If you know glass, know facades, and know how to win-this is your moment.

Your Role

This is not a desk job. This is a territory you own, a pipeline you build, and a reputation you grow. You'll be :

  • Hunting new business across architecture, construction, and manufacturing
  • Managing the full sales cycle-from first handshake to final delivery
  • Building deep relationships with builders, architects, engineers, and procurement professionals
  • Collaborating with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Representing our client with confidence, clarity, and deep product knowledge
  • Feeding market insights into a bold growth strategy

What You’ll Own

  • $80K-$130K base + uncapped commission (pending experience)

  • You Bring

  • Knowledge of AS 1288, AS / NZS 2208, and energy performance metrics a big plus
  • Practical understanding of glass applications and installation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial acumen and a value-driven sales mindset
  • A current driver’s license
