Fixed rotating roster with 84 hours per fortnight, 12-hour shifts

  • THE POSITION

    • We are looking for experienced Control Room Operators to service one of our busy hospital sites at Epping. Successful applicants will work well under pressure and enjoy a fast paced environment!

    This role pays an attractive pay rate.

  • ESSENTIAL

    • You must have 24hr flexibility as shifts are based on a Rotating Roster

  • 12 hour shifts.
  • Fixed rotating roster with 84 hours per fortnight, 12-hour shifts
  • Control room on VIC security license is a must
  • Must have 3 vaccinations and Flu booster due to hospital requirements
  • Access control systems knowledge is must
  • The role
  • Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment
  • Report writing and administrative duties
  • Risk identification and issue resolution
  • Assisting with Emergency situations as they arise
  • Access breaches
  • Asset protection
  • Night patrol
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal / external stakeholders
  • To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following
  • Previous control Room and monitoring experience required
  • Current Victorian Control Room Security Licence
  • Must hold a WWCC
  • Flexibility to work 24 / 7 rotating rosters
  • Work as part of a team
  • Well-presented and spoken
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Current valid Drivers Licence
  • Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
  • Computer literate in MS Office and associated programs
