You’ll join a practice that’s established, busy, and growing but still feels close‑knit and human. Large‑scale property transactions and development projects. Complex commercial, industrial and retail leasing work. Due diligence, titling, structuring and property finance. You’ll manage your own client relationships, mentor juniors, and contribute strategically to the team’s growth. 6–8 years’ PQE in property law . The ability to mentor junior lawyers and support staff. A practical, commercial mindset and strong client relationship skills. Excellent drafting and communication abilities. We have access to 50% more roles than are publicly available. You will receive free CV and content advice as well as interview preparation assistance specific to the role. We are intimately aware of market trends including team / firm‑wide inside information and what salary you can achieve in the current market.
