Supervisor - Mobile Maintenance

Chandler Macleod are working alongside a Tier 1 Mining company who are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their Mobile Maintenance team on a temporary basis with an attractive roster of 5 / 2 4 / 3 (Hybrid working pattern).

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating mobile maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and installations of electrical systems and components.

• Responsibilities
• Management of development, safe execution, and appointing of approved projects according to agreed scope, budget, schedule, and relevant standards and specifications
• Guaranteeing compliance of projects meet relevant internal and external standards and specifications
• Validating that material risks for projects are identified and related critical controls are implemented and effective
• Demonstrating commitment to health, safety and environment responsibility
• Engineering or Trade Qualifications
• 5 + years of experience in mobile maintenance in a mining background
• Experience in supervision of Mobile fleet maintenance and builds, commissioning and decommissioning works
• Competence to negotiate and scrutinise vehicle specifications and cost
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM's to impact requirements
• Minimum of C class manual drivers licence
• Strong verbal and non-verbal skills
