The Role :
- Identify client service expansion and new business opportunities.
- Lead, engage and develop current and future-focused talent through direction, coaching, recognition, ongoing support and feedback.
- Deliver objectives and outcomes to achieve our strategic goals.
- Support organisational change including instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure and enable a high standard of service through consistent and continually improved client relationship management.
- Maintain and support all building retention activities.
- Problem-solve, and coach teams to resolve client concerns early and effectively.
- Deliver on the needs of your portfolio and manage escalated portfolio issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
