We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team and play a critical role executing day-to-day campaigns for a range of digital marketing channels for Amart Furniture. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will demonstrate a genuine passion for digital and retail. Being a small and dynamic Digital Marketing team, there is plenty of scope to grow and learn many other facets of Digital Marketing. This is an exciting and diverse role that will give you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, as well as make a true difference in our business.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day paid digital marketing activities including briefing in social media briefs, writing ad copy for paid search, testing, tagging, reporting, seeking approving and liaising with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders throughout the business including eCommerce, Direct Marketing, IT, Buying and Customer Support.
  • Your focus will be to drive increased brand awareness and enhance the in-store and online sales performance through our Digital Marketing channels, including but not limited to Social Media, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Online Video and Content & Display Marketing.
  • Taking on project work as and when required.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, you will hold a tertiary qualification in marketing or relevant.
  • You will have at least 2-4 years experience in a Digital Marketing role.
  • Experience in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or Google Analytics
  • You will be results focused and enjoy working hard to deliver on time with your deadlines.
  • You will have a genuine passion for the retail industry, preferably with a working background in retail or consumer marketing.
  • You must have experience in managing projects / campaigns to budgets.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • You will enjoy a fast-paced environment and have no problem prioritising and balancing your ever-changing workload.
