ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE | LIFE INSURANCE | MELBOURNE

Turks are looking for a 2 PQE + Associate or Senior Associate to join our high performing and successful Life Insurance, Superannuation and Financial Advice team.

Responsibilities

You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to :

• working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance
• develop skills in insurance law and litigation;
• have regular involvement and direct contact with clients; and
• appear in various courts and tribunals including Magistrates, County and Supreme courts.
