Supervisor SMP

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor SMP to join our team on a newly awarded project in the Pilbara where we have been contracted to complete the installation, testing, commissioning and startup of a gas engine generator.

The Role :

• Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the work crew.
• Review work packaging and detailed planning.
• Monitor daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities.
• Coordinate work crew plant, equipment, and materials to achieve operational outcomes and targets, safely.
• Promote, conduct, and amend risk assessments to identify, highlight and implement mitigation strategies, as required.
• Support, coach and effectively communicate with team members to ensure consistent dealings with work crews in all areas including performance and other matters as they arise, to ensure timely, fair and acceptable issue resolution and team harmony.
• Build professional and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
