Our Merchandising Team supports the Retail Sales Team by servicing our established flooring retailer network to ensure our brands and products are displayed and presented at an exceptional level.

The Role

Reporting to the National POS & Merchandising Manager (based in Victoria), you'll be responsible for ensuring our products and brands are professionally presented in partner flooring retail stores. This includes :

Conducting regular service visits

Maintaining promotional materials and displays

Performing POS stocktakes and reorders

Removing discontinued products and colours

Maximising in-store presence in line with marketing guidelines

Building strong relationships with store staff and managers

This casual role (approx. 26 hours / week during school hours) is ideal for a well-presented, motivated individual seeking experience with a Fortune 500 company.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude

Previous experience in merchandising or working in-store within the flooring retail industry

Physical capability to manage and transport carpet and timber samples, along with a current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (a mileage allowance is provided)

Professional presentation and excellent time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Confidence using the internet and social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook
