Salary : $65,000-$79,000 + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits

Employment status : Full Time Permanent - 9am-5pm.

Matchworks are on the lookout for a supportive and outgoing Employment Consultant to help people find meaningful work, build confidence, and thrive in their careers.

What you'll do

As an Employment Consultant in our team, you'll :

• Get to know job seekers' strengths, skills and goals — then match them with the right opportunities.
• Create personalised career plans and coach people to prepare for and sustain employment.
• Link job seekers with training, support services, and community connections to set them up for long-term success.
• Build strong employer and community networks to open more doors for the people you support.

What you'll bring

Great communication skills and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
