Description
We are currently seeking qualified Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independent lives at home. Our boutique agency offers services in aged and disability care to clients on the Central Coast, NSW. If you are a qualified Personal Care Worker and have community care experience, then we would like to talk to you!
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with their activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
- Following client care plans and actively identifying client care needs
- Communicating and collaborating with the clients care team and significant others
- Following appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own home
- Performing light housekeeping tasks to facilitate client’s self-care at home
