Responsibilities

Personal care
Domestic assistance
Transport to appointments or activities
Social and community support
You might also support clients with complex needs – we’ll give you all the training you need to feel confident and capable.

Requirements

A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude

A personal smartphone (for shift‑related tasks)

A safe, reliable vehicle

Hold min Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)

Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability

Bring previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)

Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps

Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and / or Working with Children Check (or are willing to apply)

Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months

Hold a current First Aid Certificate

Have a valid driver’s licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
