Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. You will work under the guidance and support of our Managing Director and other team members to manage a well-maintained property portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Answer calls and reply to emails
• Manage rent receipts and arrears in PropertyMe
• Manage tenants’ information in PropertyMe
• Keep company documents and worksheets up to date
• Arrange for cleaning and key handling
• Send notifications to the tenants
• Prepare lease documents
• Resolve issues reported by tenants, in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with various parties, including real estate agencies, cleaners, internet providers and utility retailers
• Perform other general tasks as required
