Position Available :

We're hiring a FULL-TIME kitchen team member! Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll assist with food prep, ensure a spotless kitchen, and help maintain smooth service. Ideal candidates have some experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with our team and help deliver exceptional, authentic Cantonese cuisine.

Responsibilities :

• Upholding impeccable cleanliness of all benches, counters, and equipment.
• Thoroughly washing and sanitising food containers, cutlery, and serving implements.
• Handling incoming deliveries, organising stock, and checking inventory levels.
• Preparing ingredients (measuring, peeling, cutting) for evening cooking.
• Portioning and arranging food items to ensure smooth dinner service.
• Executing basic warming, grilling, or stir-frying tasks as instructed by chefs.
• Keeping cooking stations fully equipped with tools and fresh ingredients.
• Safely and hygienically disposing of all kitchen waste.
