Job descriptionMaintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area Conduct temperature and quality checks, effectively managing cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organised and efficient workspace Take on hands-on cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment, waste disposal and management, operating a commercial dishwasher and handling cleaning chemicals Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand Food Safety Certificate Passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day a week roster
