Analyst / Senior Analyst Advisory

We’re seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst to deliver financial analysis, modelling and reporting across valuation, transaction and due diligence engagements. This opportunity is suited to someone with strong technical skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, client focused environment.

Our Corporate Finance team provides a wealth of Corporate Advisory, Valuation, Transaction and Forensic Dispute Advisory services to assist clients to get closer to their growth ambitions. Specifically, our Valuation offering includes providing valuation advice across asset classes and equity types for transactional, regulatory, financial reporting, commercial disputes and other advisory purposes.

Key responsibilities

Valuations

• Performing business valuations for a range of purposes, including family law disputes, commercial litigation, business succession planning and independent expert reports for listed companies;
• Performing research into appropriate comparable companies and transactions;

Determining and implementing appropriate valuation methodologies in valuation engagements;

Preparing and reviewing financial forecast models;
