Cost Controller

Job Description

The Role :

The role will involve both modification and installation of a building structure, modification and installation of pharmaceutical process equipment, commissioning of the facility and handover to operations / manufacturing of pharmaceutical product. The project is currently progressing though study stage gates with design. Cost management within building and process engineering is essential.

Responsibilities Include :

• Provide strong focus on cost trending and forecasting
• Establish and monitor project baseline budgets & cost accounts
• Monitor and report on cost actuals vs budget
• Produce regular cost reports and at time present to the stakeholders
• Maintain risk registers to include change impacts
• Liaison with financial team concerning financial data required for the project
• Prepare cost reports for Stage Gate Reviews
• Develop, analyse, and review costs estimates
• Strictly adhere to safety and environmental systems and standards
• Compliance to project control standards and corporate governance
