Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ' Sr Business Analyst'.

Key Criteria :

• Investigate business requirements using a range of tools including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process mapping 'As Is' and 'To Be', scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, deconstruct complex information into clear communication and distinguish user requests from the true underlying needs
• Determine in and out of scope and conduct assessments of Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies and document, review and manage the mitigation of these throughout the project
• Collaborate with human centric design experts, technical leads, technical architects, solution designers, developers, IT security specialists like subject matter experts and a range of specialist roles to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
• Conducting Privacy Impact and Record keeping assessments and working with the Governance Support Unit on compliance to review and implement appropriate solutions both technical and non-technical (Terms of use and Privacy Notices)
• Working with Solution Architects providing information and input to Solution Design documentation
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to analyse and validate their information needs, business drivers and functional requirements.
