As our business continues to expand, we are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Rubbish Removal Labourers. Responsibilities As a member of a field staff team, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the timely and safe completion of jobs from various site types & locations.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of rubbish from trucks.
- Performing on-site rubbish collection, disposal, and sorting tasks.
- Collaborating with the team & clients to complete tasks efficiently and to company standards.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements :
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects regularly.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of waste disposal regulations and best practices (training will be provided).
- A valid driver's license. (MR Licenser or higher is advantageous)
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not essential.
- Experience Driving Light manual transmission Vehicles (small tipper trucks / Large vans)
