Payroll Officer

We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join ourpayroll team. Our department processes payroll for multiplebusiness units within the Group making this a high-volume, fastpaced role that requires strong organisation and attention todetail.

The NRW payroll team is currently seeking an experienced PayrollOfficer or a junior candidate who is eager to learn, motivated andready to develop a long-term career in payroll. Training andsupport will be provided for the right person.

You will be responsible for but not limitedto:

• Ensuring all timesheets and records are accurate andprocessed in a timely manner
• Supporting the accurate and timely processing of employee& regulatory payments
• Setting up and maintaining accurate employee records
• Responding to payroll queries and requests in a timely andprofessional manner
• Assisting with payroll reporting, audits and complianceobligations
• Working closely with HR & Finance teams
• Providing assistance to other Payroll Officers

To be considered for this position, you must possess thefollowing:

• At least 1 year payroll or administrative experience (e.g.,reception, accounts)
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook,Excel)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline drivenenvironment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A strong focus on customer service along with strongcommunication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of payroll terminology andprocesses is a plus
• Experience using PayGlobal is advantageous but notessential
