Role : Engagement Manager - Organisational Change Management Experience : 10+ Years Location : Perth 10+ years of senior corporate and consulting experience around large IT-enabled business transformations with exposure to various ERP systems.

Experience in change management methodologies.

This includes skills in planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve project goals.

Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and delivering the following key aspects of Change Management : Enterprise-wide Change Strategy Development and Implementation Digital Transformation and IT-enabled Business Change Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Strategy Program Governance and Benefits Realization Organizational Design and Operating Model Implementation Training Strategy and Capability Development Impact Assessment and Change Planning Responsibilities : Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities Assess change impacts and organizational readiness Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns Support the design, development, delivery and management of effective communications providing updates and gathering feedback from all stakeholders throughout the change process.

Coach managers and supervisors on how to effectively manage their teams through transitions Coordinate efforts with other specialists Track and report issues Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress to ensure business objectives are met.

Facilitate training and provide support to client staff members to adapt to the changes.
