Job description

HART & HUNTER is a leading boutique wine brand in the Hunter Valley. We are looking for an enthusiastic person for an immediate start to join our front of house team, in a casual position.

THE ROLE AND DAILY TASKS :

  • Hosting guests and conducting wine tastings on a daily basis.
  • Previous hospitality or cellar door experience is essential.
  • Occasionally required to go offsite for events, but notice & planning will be given.
  • Represent our brand with knowledge and professionalism.
  • Handle tasks like opening / closing, re-stocking, moving cartons.
  • Cleaning of the front of house, and office space, along with complying with all relevant OH&S standards on a daily basis.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, honestly and with transparency.

HART & HUNTER is a small family business so you would be working across all areas of the cellar door, which includes but is not limited to, all customer relations, handling of phone and email enquiries and orders, packing and dispatching of orders.

YOUR COMMITMENT :

  • Current drivers licence and RSA.
  • Eligible to work in Australia.
  • Be part of a small, energetic and dedicated team.
  • The ability to multi-task along with well-developed computer and data entry skills.
  • Display a passion for the Hunter Valley Wine region.
