Living Gems is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Site Manager to oversee the construction of high-end resort facilities at our new over-50s lifestyle resort in Burpengary, Moreton Bay. With construction kicking off soon, we’re ready to welcome a commercially experienced leader to help set up and run the commercial delivery side of our resort.
This includes key resort amenities such as a country club, summer house, and entry statement —the hallmark communal features that set Living Gems resorts apart. You'll lead a team including a Foreman , Leading Hand, Plant Operators, and Labourers , managing a well‑sequenced build from start to finish.
