While this role sits in Operations youll work with everyone : Marketing Tech Production Data Finance Legaloften multiple teams at once. You make sure all the moving pieces move together and that ambitious projects dont get stuck.

This means owning high-impact projects that matter. Keeping multiple teams aligned when things get complex. Unsticking work stalled by blockers dependencies or unclear scope. Youll have direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decisions.

THESE ARE SOME QUALITIES YOU MUST POSSESS

• 2 years leading cross-functional projects with real outcomes across multiple teams
• Proven ability to take work from ambiguity to delivery : define scope set timelines coordinate stakeholders
• You build trust quickly across all levels from senior leadership to functional team members
• You own problems through to resolution rather than passing them along and take initiative without waiting to be told
• Strong written and verbal communication; you can translate between technical commercial and creative teams
• Youre comfortable in ambiguity : you structure unclear problems identify what needs to happen and create clarity for others
• You identify blockers diagnose root causes and coordinate solutions across multiple teams
