Semi Driver

Job Overview : We are seeking skilled Semi Drivers for our Malaga and Balcatta locations.

The ideal candidates will have specific experience and expertise tailored to each location's requirements.

For Malaga, end tipper experience and the ability to drive a Road Ranger are essential.

For Balcatta, experience with a walking floor trailer and auto trucks is required.Key Responsibilities : Operate a semi-truck for bulk verge collection services at either Malaga or BalcattaFor Malaga : Utilize end tipper experience and preferably drive a Road RangerFor Balcatta : Operate a walking floor trailer with auto trucksPerform frequent in-and-out truck activities to assist with collectionsEnsure safe and efficient operation of the semi-truckConduct routine inspections and maintenance of the vehicleAdhere to all safety protocols and road regulationsAssist with loading and unloading materials as requiredMaintain accurate logs of driving hours and services performedCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsRequirements : Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)Specific experience based on location : Malaga : End tipper experience and preferably the ability to drive a Road RangerBalcatta : Experience with a walking floor trailer and auto trucksStrong understanding of road safety regulationsExcellent driving record with no recent traffic violationsAbility to handle physical tasks, including frequent truck exits and entriesGood communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamPhysical Requirements : Ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periodsComfortable with physical labor, including getting in and out of the truck frequentlyCapable of working in various weather conditionsCompetitive pay ratesOpportunities for overtime with time and a half paySupportive team environmentPotential for career growth and developmentCasual rate : $38.50 per hour flat.
