About the role
Across all Signature Restaurant & Bars the Marketing Manager - Food & Beverage will be responsible for :
- Driving growth in F&B venue brand awareness
- Driving growth in patronage numbers across all meal periods
- Increasing in-house guest capture for F&B venues
- Leading and supporting the delivery of commercially driven partnerships and activations for F&B venues that align with brand pillars
- Increasing media placements related to F&B
- Supporting the growth of social media reach and engagement for F&B venues
- Growing the F&B venue email database
Reporting directly into the General Manager, Brand & Marketing EVT Hotels & Resorts and working collaboratively with the Head of Marketing – Lifestyle, Head of Marketing – Elevated & Comfort, Brand Managers, Hotel GMs, Marketing Operations Team and the Content & Social Team, the successful individual will have key accountabilities across the following areas :
Strategic F&B Marketing & Campaign Execution :
Develop and support the execution of a rolling 12-month strategic marketing plan per signature venue, aimed at promoting the F&B venues, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.Ensure the marketing activity is underpinned with clearly defined ‘ideas / concepts’ that resonate with the customer, brand and business objectives.Lead and implement F&B-specific marketing activity across all channels, including website, social media, email, and on-property promotions.Customer Insights & Data-Driven Strategy :
Be the ‘customer custodian’, understanding who our customer is for each venue and what they want from the experience. Continually evolve the customer profile to ensure it is accurate and that our offering resonates with them.Use customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and craft personalised F&B promotions and offers that appeal to the target audiences.Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for new F&B offerings or campaigns that engage customers and drive revenue.Competitor Insights :
Working with hotels to build a thorough understanding of who our competitors are and what their value proposition is.Use competitor data to inform marketing strategies and ensure EVT F&B venues remain better than market.Analyse competitor behaviour to identify opportunities for new F&B offerings or campaigns that capture share and drive revenue.F&B Partnerships & Local Engagement :
Lead and support hotels in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and industry organisations to promote EVT F&B venues and experiences – always ensuring strong brand alignment.Lead and support hotels in collaborating with local partners to enhance F&B visibility and generate joint marketing activations that increase foot traffic and customer engagement – always ensuring strong brand alignment.Media Relations & PR :
Support F&B media relations to secure coverage and editorial placements highlighting EVT F&B venues / offerings.Support hotel PR efforts, collaborating with the Brand Managers and PR team to drive publicity for the hotel, F&B venues, events, and partnerships.Working with the Brand Managers and EVT PR team, coordinate with PR agencies to ensure alignment with F&B marketing initiatives and amplify the visibility of F&B experiences.Working with Brand Managers, ensure strong brand messaging across all media efforts, securing positive publicity that enhances the overall brand’s / venue’s presence in market.Drive and support the creation and execution of social media content that highlights F&B offerings, seasonal promotions, and special events for F&B venues.Work with the Brand Managers and Social and Content team on the coordination of influencer collaborations and track ROI to ensure that brand partnerships are driving significant engagement and growth for EVT F&B venues.Drive and support social media engagement strategies to boost brand awareness and promote F&B events, partnerships, offerings and seasonal activity across both F&B and the hotel.Collaboration with F&B Teams :
Work closely with F&B stakeholders to refine and optimise offerings and develop marketing strategies that promote new menus, events, partnerships and dining experiences.Support the creation of on-brand marketing collateral, including signage, digital assets, and menus.Reporting & Performance Metrics :
Regularly report on the performance of F&B marketing initiatives, using KPIs such as capture rate, revenue, SPH, social engagement and media coverage to gauge effectiveness.Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns, partnerships and activity based on data analysis and performance tracking.At EVT, we want our people to experience our businesses and be brand and experience advocates. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of the F&B marketing landscape and strategies to promote F&B venues.Expertise in campaign execution, customer engagement, and driving F&B revenue growth through marketing.Strong knowledge of MS Office, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Hootsuite, and email marketing tools (SevenRooms favourable).J-18808-Ljbffr
