Based onsite in Melbourne, this role offers close collaboration with Sales, customers, and channel partners, with direct ownership of pre‑sales technical engagement, solution architecture, and professional services delivery for M2M connectivity solutions.

Job Summary

The Network Solutions Engineer is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery and support of M2M connectivity solutions , covering pre‑sales technical support, solution design and consulting, proof‑of‑concept implementation, professional services delivery, and operational support.

This is a highly customer‑facing role requiring strong expertise in M2M connectivity architectures, secure communications, and multi‑network environments, with the ability to translate customer use cases into scalable, reliable connectivity solutions .

Primary Responsibilities

Pre‑Sales & M2M Solution Design (25%)

• Partner closely with the Sales team to design and position secure M2M connectivity solutions, providing technical leadership throughout the sales cycle.

Customer Engagement & Delivery (25%)

Operations & Support (25%)
