Are you a CA / CPA-qualified immediately available Financial Accountant with strong month-end experience? We're partnering with a respected health organisation to find a Senior Financial Accountant for to cover a maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with hybrid flexibility and a fantastic office location near Melbourne CBD.

What You'll Be Doing :

Manage month-end and year-end processes, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations

Prepare financial statements, balance sheet and P&L reports

Support statutory reporting and compliance requirements

Work closely with the Finance Manager and wider business units

Provide financial oversight of CAPEX projects (highly regarded)

Liaise with stakeholders across finance and operations

What We're Looking For :

CA / CPA qualified

4+ years' experience in financial accounting

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and financial reporting

Experience with capital expenditure reporting preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Proficiency in Excel; ERP system experience
