As a KEY senior member of their winning national TM team (led and being mentored by 2 industry leading TM specialist partners including the Head of TMs), you will relish:

• taking FULL OWNERSHIP of your own TM practice and clients;
• advising a diverse client base in respect of a full spectrum of TM issues relating to research, searches, brand selection strategies, registration, prosecution of TMs (and non-TMs cases eg copyright, domain names), opposition, non-use and licensing, risk management/regulatory compliance and working closely with internal IP/TM lawyers in relation to infringement actions & dispute resolution/litigation of TMs.
• mentoring junior TM attorneys/IP staff;
• partaking in the firm’s business development/marketing initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• have a minimum of 4-15+years as a registered trademark attorney and/or TM lawyer (and happy to practice as a TM attorney);
• have strong technical knowledge of current trademark law+ practice (including prosecution process, opposition proceedings and enforcement of TMs);
• have strong communication/people/leadership skills+ commercial acumen;
• have proven experience in business development/marketing OR keen to partake in such (if no experience);
• are ambitious and aspire to be a leader with your own practice/team.
