We are thrilled to partner with Rise Legal Business Lawyers in their search for a dynamic Commercial Lawyer to enhance their forward-thinking team on the Gold Coast. This role presents a unique chance for a lawyer with 2 to 5 years post-admission experience (PAE) who is eager to step away from traditional legal frameworks and engage in a more innovative and client-centric practice.

About the Role –

You will be a key member of the team, assisting business clients through every stage of their business life cycle – from start-up to sale. You will engage in drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial legal matters.

No Time Billing : The focus is on delivering exceptional client service without the pressure of billable hours.

Requirements

Team Player : Someone who believes in going the extra mile and working collaboratively.
Commercial Expertise : Experience with business sales and purchases, commercial leases, shareholder agreements, business structuring, and commercial contracts.
Franchise Agreement Knowledge : This is desirable, but not essential. The team can get you up to speed in this exciting area of law.
Client Service Excellence : Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving Skills : Proficient in identifying problems, suggesting solutions, making decisions on the best course of action, and taking initiative to implement those solutions.
