Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead for our esteemed Large Federal Government Client. This is an ASAP start for an initial 6 months contract, with potential for further extensions!

About the Role:

As the Agile Transformation Lead (ATL) you will be responsible for and will drive the implementation and maturation of a major Programme's transition to Agile development.

Main responsibilities include:

• Agile training, mentoring and coaching to existing and new Programme staff.
• Create metrics to measure Agile maturity and provide reporting and monitoring against these metrics.
• Assistance to the management of the PI Planning process, including Product Governance Forums and provision of relevant reporting and documentation to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide the Agile implementation to improve the ART's workflow, ensuring work flows toward delivery.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide business continuity support to the Programme.

Essential criteria:

• Experience in Australian Federal Government program and project management (Agile methodology).
• SAFe Expert or SAFe 6 Practice Consultant Certification.
• Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching certification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Agile Product Delivery.
• At least 5+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in information technology project team management.
• Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching certification
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams and leaders to achieve results.
• Experience in delivering training courses.
