About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our major projects including Ballast Cleaning, Resurfacing, Rail Civil and Maintenance. Working closely with a team of skilled professionals, you’ll ensure that projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the Swietelsky quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage rail infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the rail or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety, compliance standards and legislation in rail projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
