About BaptistCare Aminya

About the role

BaptistCare Aminya Centre is looking for qualified Registered Nurses to deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care. As an RN you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.

This role is for a three-month part-time contract. Shifts that we require filled start at 2.30pm and conclude at 10.30pm. We require two RNs, one will work three shifts per week, the other will work four shifts per week on a job-share basis.

Skills and experience

  • A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
  • Experience in aged care setting (highly desirable)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives / timelines
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
