Employment Type : Casual (20+ hours per week)

Role : Qualified Chef – Experience in Larder OR Pan Sections essential.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented, trade-qualified Chef to join our kitchen.

About the Role

We seek a passionate and skilled Chef to take the lead in our larder or pans section as required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering high-quality, consistent food.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare, cook, and present dishes per our recipes and quality standards.

Take ownership of your section – maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service across all sections.

Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards are strictly followed

Bring new ideas to the table – contribute to menu development and innovation

Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen team members

About You

You’ll bring passion, precision, and a positive attitude to the kitchen. We’re looking for :

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen, in excess of 200 covers most evenings and up to 600 covers per day in peak periods.

Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher)

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations

Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

Flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster

A true team player with great communication and collaboration skills

Passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning
