    The Opportunity

    We’re seeking a collaborative and proactive individual with proven experience in NDIS to coordinate participant funding all our three service areas – Allied Health, In home care and our residential care home. In this role, you will :

    • Coordinate NDIS funding, ensuring participant budgets are accurately set up, monitored, and maintained.
    • Process and reconcile claims and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission through the NDIS portal or plan managers.
    • Ensure compliance with NDIS, iCare, and DSOA guidelines, maintaining accurate records and preparing regular funding utilisation reports.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders — including participants, families, clinicians, and support teams — to ensure services align with approved budgets.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement, supporting audits, quality assurance, and the development of training and process enhancements.
    • About You

      We’re looking for someone with proven experience in the NDIS sector and can demonstrate :

    • Strong understanding of NDIS funding structures, price guides, and compliance requirements.
    • Experience in funding coordination, finance administration, or billing within disability, community, or allied health.
    • Ability to develop and implement service plans and connect clients with community resources.
    • Excellent administration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems (e.g. Lumary, ShiftCare, Splose).
    • A professional, ethical approach with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
    • Valid NDISWC and Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
