Job descriptionWith direction from the CEO, project manage new and existing judicial education and training programs Work with program planning committees to determine program plans, locations, timing and budgets Perform the role of secretary for program committees : prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the committee chair, prepare minutes and manage correspondence Support the planning committee in identifying,engaging and evaluating presenters Facilitate development of session objectives for presenters and programs Facilitate development of content and presentation material by presenters (Power Points, rolling fact scenarios, papers for publication) Prepare program outline, session plans and participant material Prepare and manage program budgets and report on judicial learning outcomes Prepare program reports for the Programs Advisory Committee Attend programs and manage on-site delivery, supporting presenters and attendees Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Professional approach in dealing with a broad range of stakeholders You will have excellent time management and attention to detail skills. University degree in a relevant field such as LLB Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management; Proficient computer skills including Salesforce (or equivalent database skills), accounting software (such as Xero), WordPress, Canva and Office 365; and Willing and able to travel nationally for work.
