Despatch Supervisor

PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specializing in a wide range of services including damage surveys, paint & panel rectifications, vehicle build ups including fleet conversions, vehicle storage, PDI services, detailing, vehicle registrations, and vehicle transport. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Despatch Supervisor to join our team, ensuring a smooth integration within the Despatch function. The role will oversee the operations at our Altona North and Webb Dock branches.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Planning of all despatch vehicles to ensure that the labour planning matches the requirements of the production schedule
• Leading and supervising the Despatch team
• Setting out processes for smooth workflow between the Transport and Processing teams
• Implementing training for personnel and monitor skill levels as required
• Overseeing the despatch functions across the Altona North and Webb Dock sites
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the branch
