What You'll Do

Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year / packaged work for turnkey projects.

Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets.

Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients.

Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.

Provide sound technical / delivery guidance for the team.

Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers.

Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

About You

Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil / Structural Engineering)

5-8 years industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors.

Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete.

Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery.

The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.

Naturally curious, passionate, adaptable & ready to do the kind of work the world needs.
