Macpac is looking for an experienced retail leader to join our extremely busy Homebush store. This is a high‑foot‑traffic location with a diverse team of 14+ members, where English is a second language for most. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, and bilingual candidates (especially Cantonese‑speaking) are highly regarded.

About the Role

Full‑time permanent, based at Homebush. 7‑day rotating roster shared with the Store Manager.
