Our client is a speciality Investment Manager with growing presence across Australia and NZ, with headquarters located overseas. They deliver long-term capital growth and yield to their equity partners through a disciplined strategy that emphasizes operational performance and risk mitigation. With Brisbane Head Office, they develop, own and operate assets throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, this role will be hands on across their asset classes. Key responsibilities will include :

• Full end to end development management for various developments in commercial and high-rise assets across Australia
• Perform site identification, due diligence analysis and feasibility modelling for acquisitions
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process of sites
• Procurement and management of consultants and delivery contractors in design, cost, and execution
• Prepare monthly reporting
• Development of marketing and sales collateral and documentation
• Manage the sales and handover process of sites at completion
• High level stakeholder management of consultants, clients and relevant parties and authorities
• Source appropriate development and operational work approvals as and when required

The Candidate

The successful candidate will possess the following :

• Tertiary qualifications in in commerce, property or a related field
• A background in a similar role in commercial, construction or high rise assets
• Ability to run developments from start to finish including budgets
• Ability to run multiple projects concurrently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level analytical skills and financial literacy
