Harvey Norman Shopfitting is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited. Located at South Strathfield, our main purpose is to assist in the design, manufacturing and fit out of owned and leased Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne franchised complexes.

About the role

Reporting to the Financial Controller and based onsite in South Strathfield, you will support the Finance and Administration team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with weekly payroll processing.
  • Assisting with procurement, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Creating tracking worksheets for fixture production.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of various operational registers.
  • Assisting with inventory documentation for stock returns.
  • Archiving records and source documents.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • About you

    You will have experience in a similar role, managing administrative tasks along with payroll, accounts receivable or accounts payable. You will excel at multitasking, managing competing priorities, and maintaining well‑organised documents.

    You will also have :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Experience with accounting systems.
