Job Description
- Lead and inspire the Club Millesime team to exceed daily, monthly, and yearly targets through coaching, mentoring, and hands‑on support.
- Ensure every guest interaction delivers an exceptional and memorable experience.
- Uphold high standards of service, security, and safety across all areas.
- Represent the Club Manager and Club Supervisor when needed, resolving guest concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee smooth operations, including ambassador readiness, stock levels, and service coordination with other departments.
- Develop ambassador skills, maximising service quality, upselling opportunities, and overall team performance.
- Maintain expert knowledge of menus, beverages, and wines to guide the team and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Oversee mise‑en‑place preparations to ensure everything is ready for guests’ arrival.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in Food and Beverage or Executive Lounge environments.Exceptional guest service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.Solid understanding of Food and Beverage operations, including stock management and service standards.Ability to maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and security.Knowledge of wine, spirits, and menus with the ability to guide both team and guests.Flexible, proactive, and able to lead by example in a fast‑paced environment.Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Diversity & Inclusion
