  • Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Communicate with the organisation's Executives Team, Suppliers, and Clients at the direction of the EGM's
  • Data entry to record CoR compliance across the Fleet
  • Utilisation of internal programs for daily driver run sheets
  • Create spread sheets for invoicing purposes
  • Manage and maintain diaries including internal and external commitments
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings
  • Coordinating meetings, functions and business events
  • Managing travel, accommodation, itineraries, and background briefings
  • Organise business appointments and travel arrangements
  • Preparation, collation and distribution of documents
  • Develop action plans in consideration with time constraints and resources available
  • Compiling weekly & monthly reports
  • Assists with the preparation of Board and Committee meetings and documents
  • Create agendas, supportive documents & presentations required for meetings
  • Complete and submit expense reports, process invoices and track purchasing requests
  • Provide support for office and marketing projects
  • Skills & Experience
  • Recent experience providing administration excellence
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and operate in a faced paced environment
  • Attention to detail, with strong administrative, planning and organisation skills
  • High level written and oral communication skills, and high-quality report writing
  • A high level of competence in taking minutes at meetings
