TSPV - Sr. Business Analyst – EL1 Equivalent Contract Positions

Location : Canberra, ACT

We're seeking experienced Business Analysts to support complex ICT projects across a secure and high-performing government organisation. This is your opportunity to apply expert analytical skills, shape business processes, and contribute to national digital capabilities. Multiple positions are available, and a merit pool will be created for future needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyse and document business needs, processes, and system requirements
• Translate business requirements into features, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria
• Lead or support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Develop high-quality artefacts including use cases, process maps, personas, and traceability matrices

Key Criteria :

Contract Duration :  until 30 September 2026 with 2 x 12-month extension options.

Security Clearance : Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
